This Privacy Policy describes how Blessed Global Limited (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the 123Hub mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information about you in the following ways:

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, subscribe to our services, or use certain features, you may provide us with:

  • Account Information: Your name and email address are collected for registration and login purposes, as shown on the profile screen.

  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to 123Hub Premium, your payment information is collected by our third-party payment processor. We do not store sensitive payment details ourselves.

  • Customization Data: Information you provide when customizing your AI tools, such as naming your assistant and defining its personality and function (e.g., a translator for English and Vietnamese).

 

B. Content and Usage Information

We collect data related to your interaction with the App and the content you create:

  • User Input and Generated Content: This includes text inputs, queries, and descriptions you enter into the Chat Bots, Templates (e.g., Blog Titles, Instagram Captions), and the Image Generator. It also includes the resulting generated content (images, tags, captions, and chat responses).

  • Chat and History Data: Your interactions with the AI Chat Bots (Default Bot, Max Horton, Ewan Dunn, etc.) and AI Coach (Blair Singer, Robert Kiyosaki) are stored in your History for future reference and service improvement.

  • Voice Data: When using the Voice Assistant or AI Coach voice features, voice input is processed to fulfill your request.

 

C. Technical and Usage Data

We may automatically collect certain information when you access and use the App, including:

  • Device type, operating system version (iOS App Version 1.0 is shown), unique device identifiers.

  • App version (e.g., App Version: 1.0.0 (28)).

  • Interaction data, such as the features you access, templates you use, and the timing/frequency of your activities.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To deliver the core functions of the App, including running the AI Chatbots, generating content via Templates and Image Generation, and managing your account and subscription.

  • Account Management: To authenticate users, manage your profile (e.g., Alex Yeoh), and allow you to log in and out.

  • Personalization and Improvement: To tailor the AI experience (e.g., using your custom assistant settings) and to analyze usage patterns to improve the accuracy and quality of our AI models and features.

  • Communication: To send you service updates, security alerts, and support messages, and to inform you about the 123Hub Premium subscription offering.

  • Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data analytics, and payment processing (for Premium subscriptions).

  • Generated Content Processing: User inputs and generated content are processed by specialized AI service providers to deliver the AI functionality.

  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information, generated content, and chat History data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services. If you choose to delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete your personal information, though some data may be retained for a short period to satisfy legal or operational requirements.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

7. Your Data Protection Rights (Dependent on Jurisdiction)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data.

  • Request deletion of your personal data.

  • Object to the processing of your personal data.

You can often access and modify your account information through the App's Settings menu.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
